The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my stay. They were always available to assist, whether it was in the middle of the night or during the day. the hotel had a beautiful garden area available for guests to use, which was a pleasant escape from the busy city. Lastly, the hotel was located in a safe area, with local police nearby and excellent connectivity to nearby shopping malls.

Although the hotel had many positive aspects, there were some things that could be improved. For example, some amenities were lacking, which might be expected in hotels with higher star ratings.

The first thing that caught my attention was the beautiful and calm atmosphere. The lush green open lawn was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. I also loved the fact that there was a terrace where I could sit and soak up the sun. The staff here was incredible and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They were always available, no matter the time, and were extremely helpful in fulfilling any requests or suggestions I had. Additionally, the location was fantastic, with major malls nearby and even the police headquarters within walking distance. a great place to stay!

The lush green open lawn at Iidm Eco Resort provided a clean and calm atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace and soaking up the sun. The size of the room was also impressive.

We experienced a horrible power outage for three hours at night, and there was no one at the front desk or reception to assist us. Additionally, we were bothered by mosquito bites, which was quite discomforting.
